Section 138e.203 - Annual reportThe county board shall file the following with the State Board by March 1 of each year:
(1) A copy of inspection reports for inspections conducted during the prior year.(2) An annual report which summarizes the number of inspections, violations detected, violations resolved and the circumstances surrounding unresolved violations.The provisions of this §138e.203 amended December 26, 1997, effective 12/27/1997, 27 Pa.B. 6782; amended April 30, 2004, effective 5/1/2004, 34 Pa.B. 2421.
