Section 130d.61 - Site closure plan(a)General. The applicant approved by the Department to land apply soil and groundwater contaminated with agricultural chemicals to agricultural land shall submit a site closure plan and final report delineating the results of the land application activity to the Department. The site closure plan and final report shall be filed with the Department within 60 days of final closure of the application site.(b)Contents of plan. The site closure plan shall include the following: (1) A proposed postapplication field soil sampling and analysis plan which shall be consistent with the procedures for soil sampling and analysis in § § 130d.22 and 130d.23 (relating to chemical analysis of waste and sampling techniques and protocol; and waste sampling plan).(2) The compounds analyzed for and the methods of analysis. This should be consistent with the initial background components analyzed and the methods used.(3) A discussion of any problems encountered during the project and actions taken to correct any problems or violations.
