Section 119.3 - Certification of inspection(a) A certificate of inspection will be given to the collector of native nursery stock for the movement and sale of each shipment of collected plants found to be free of plant pests.(b) The certification shall cover only the plants inspected and passed at the time of inspection.(c) Plants not passing inspection shall be destroyed or treated as directed by the inspector.The provisions of this § 119.3 amended April 2, 1964.
