Section 115.429 - Renewal applications(a) After an original application pertaining to a particular tree or group of trees (seed method) or a particular clone (vegetative method) has been approved, a renewal application shall be submitted for certification in any subsequent years in which certification is desired.(b) The renewal application shall confirm that all statements in the original application remain valid, or specify all changes that have occurred (both seed and vegetative).
