Section 113.2 - Purpose of seed certification(a) The purpose of seed certification is to maintain and make available to the public sources of high quality seeds and propagating materials of varieties grown and distributed so as to insure genetic identity.(b) Seed certification does not imply a recommendation.The provisions of this § 113.2 amended April 6, 1990, effective 4/7/1990, 20 Pa.B. 1878.
