The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
Department-The Department of Agriculture of the Commonwealth.
Organization-A marketing organization or producer who has entered into an agreement with the Department to prepare certified eggs.
Personnel-Personnel licensed to certify eggs under this chapter.
