Dairy shake is a pasteurized or ultrapasteurized semiviscous drink consisting of one or more optional dairy ingredients and other safe and suitable nonmilk derived ingredients-sweeteners, stabilizers, flavors and colors-excluding other food fats. The finished product contains not less than 3.25% milkfat and not less than 11% total milk solids.
