Section 37.20 - Sewage systems(a) Disposal of liquid wastes shall be through the public sewage system, if available and permitted by local ordinances, or by a properly designed and installed private facility.(b) Private liquid waste treatment facilities shall be approved by the health authority having jurisdiction.
