Section 21.33 - Care in transit(a) The driver or other employe shall visually observe dogs being transported as often as circumstances dictate, but not less than once every 4 hours, to assure that they are receiving sufficient air for normal breathing, and if any of the dogs are in obvious physical distress, to provide needed veterinary care as soon as possible.(b) Dogs may not be transported in a manner which may cause contact with a material, substance or device which may be injurious to the health and well-being of the dogs.
