Section 9.24 - Permits for movement from quarantined herds(a) Reactors shall be kept in quarantine and may not be removed from the premise except on a written permit from an agent of the Bureau or a cooperating Federal agency.(b) Negative animals in quarantined herds may not be removed from the premise except on a written permit issued by the Bureau or cooperating Federal agency.(c) Animals exposed to Mycobacterium bovis shall be "S" branded before being sent to slaughter.The provisions of this §9.24 amended November 28, 1975, effective 11/29/1975, 5 Pa.B. 3099; amended January 27, 1978, effective 1/28/1978, 8 Pa.B. 246.
