It is the responsibility of the owner and operator of a truck or other conveyance hauling animals to insure that conveyances are clean and sanitary.

The provisions of this § 5.34 amended under section 40 of the act of July 22, 1913 (P. L. 928, No. 441) (3 P. S. § 430); and section 1702 of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 442).
