Section 19.81 - Licensing requirements(a) A poultry dealer buying or selling poultry within this Commonwealth shall be licensed by the Department.(b) A dealer's license will be issued upon application to the Department and submission of a fee of $25.(c) A license will be issued on a calendar year basis and will expire on December 31.
