Section 195.1 - Purpose; authority(a)Purpose. The purpose of this chapter is to establish standards for the identifying signs required to be placed on both sides of commercial wreckers by 75 Pa.C.S. § 4573 (relating to identification of certain vehicles).(b)Authority. This chapter is authorized under 75 Pa.C.S. § 6103(a) (relating to promulgation of rules and regulations by department).
