Section 171.144 - Seating(a)Aisle clearance. Passengers in school buses may not be seated so as to encroach on the minimum aisle clearance required in § 171.42 (relating to aisle).(b)Seat belts. Passengers and drivers in vehicles that are equipped with seat belts shall be required to wear them whenever the vehicle is in motion.(c)Passengers. Passengers shall be seated prior to the vehicle being placed in motion.(d)Standees.
