(a)Establishment. Under this part, there is hereby created a Daily Number Game, hereinafter called "The Daily Number," which is scheduled to commence March 1, 1977.(b)Purpose. The purpose of "The Daily Number" Game is to determine winners from ticket holders matching a three-digit number, or a designated combination thereof, whether three-digit or two-digit with a three-digit number randomly drawn at a daily drawing. A player may elect to have the numbers computer selected by indicating this option to the retailer. Correctly matching the three-digit number, or a designated combination thereof, entitles the ticket holder to those prizes identified in § 815.46 (relating to determination of prize winners).The provisions of this § 815.41 adopted February 25, 1977, effective 2/26/1977, 7 Pa.B. 529; amended March 18, 1988, effective 3/19/1988, 18 Pa.B. 1199.
