Section 703.34 - Hearing procedure(a) At the hearing, the petitioner shall present its case first. If the Department responds, the petitioner will be provided an opportunity to respond.(b) The order of presentation in subsection (a) may be varied by the Board.(c) Subsections (a) and (b) supersede 1 Pa. Code §§ 35.123, 35.125, 35.127, 35.128, 35.131-35.133, 35.137-35.139, 35.173, 35.177-35.180, 35.185-35.190 and 35.201.
