Section 22.103 - Filing of appeals(a) Appeals shall be filed within 30 days of the date of a notice of adverse action and shall be submitted to the Department.(b) The form and content of provider appeals shall be under 1 Pa. Code § 35.10 (relating to form and content of formal complaints).The provisions of this § 22.103 adopted June 15, 1984, effective 6/16/1984, 14 Pa.B. 2109. This section cited in 6 Pa. Code § 22.62 (relating to conditions of provider participation); and 6 Pa. Code § 22.86 (relating to provider right of appeal).
