Section 21.101 - Fair hearings and appeals(a) All parties have the right to express grievances and complaints and to appeal and receive a fair hearing on adverse actions regarding services or activities funded by the Department under Chapter 3 (relating to fair hearings and appeals).(b) The AAA shall utilize the domiciliary care review team to handle complaints or appeals from domiciliary care providers and applicants for or recipients of domiciliary care services.
