Section 20.1 - Scope and authority(a) The purpose of this chapter is to set forth regulations governing the administration and operation of the Program under the act.(b) This chapter applies to the Department, area agencies on aging, service providers under contract with an area agency on aging to provide services under this chapter and caregivers and carereceivers who receive benefits of the Program.
