Section 15.127 - In-service training(a) In addition to the required training set forth in §§ 15.122 and 15.123 (relating to protective services casework training curriculum; and protective services investigation training curriculum), protective services supervisors and protective services caseworkers shall participate in in-service training in protective services as required by the Department each year beginning with the calendar year following completion of the required basic protective services training set forth in § 15.122 (relating to protective services casework training curriculum).(b) Annual in-service training shall consist of a minimum of 1 day of training and may include the following topics: (1) Update on laws and regulations relating to protective services.(2) Technical assistance for common problems.(3) Best practice presentations.The provisions of this § 15.127 amended May 17, 2002, effective 5/18/2002, 32 Pa.B. 2412.
