Section 15.125 - Availability of training(a) The Department will provide for the development of training curricula described in this section and will require the training to be conducted on a timely and recurring basis. The Department will also provide for annual in-service training.(b) The agency shall utilize staff meeting the requirements in § 15.121(c)(1) and (2) (relating to protective services staff qualifications) to conduct training for protective services intake workers. The training shall be in conformity with the curriculum for protective services intake workers established by the Department. This section cited in 6 Pa. Code § 15.2 (relating to definitions); 6 Pa.
