Section 15.21 - General reporting provisions(a) A person who has reasonable cause to believe that an older adult needs protective services may report this to the local provider of protective services. An area agency on aging shall publicize, on an ongoing basis, the name, address and phone number of the agency where reports are to be made.(b) When applicable, reports shall comply with §§ 15.151-15.157 (relating to reporting suspected abuse).The provisions of this § 15.21 amended May 17, 2002, effective 5/18/2002, 32 Pa.B. 2412. This section cited in 55 Pa. Code § 2600.15 (relating to abuse reporting covered by law); and 55 Pa. Code § 2800.15 (relating to abuse reporting covered by law).
