Section 15.94 - Service delivery(a) The agency shall, with the consent of the older adult, provide for implementation of the course of action recommended in the service plan. The implementation may be provided by direct provision of services by the agency, purchase of services from another agency, referral to another agency, provision of services by family and friends or a combination of these or other methods.(b) Protective services may not be provided under the act to an older adult who does not consent to services or who, having consented, withdraws consent, unless the services are ordered by a court, requested by a guardian of the older adult or provided under § 15.71 (relating to involuntary intervention by emergency court order).The provisions of this § 15.94 amended May 17, 2002, effective 5/18/2002, 32 Pa.B. 2412.
