Section 15.104 - Penalties for violation of confidentiality requirements(a) If a staff person who is authorized to have access to confidential information under this chapter is strongly suspected of violating the requirements in the signed confidentiality statement under § 15.103(c) (relating to responsibilities of staff with access to confidential information), that person shall be immediately suspended from protective services duties pending an investigation and determination of culpability.(b) If a staff person who is authorized to have access to confidential information under this chapter is determined upon investigation to have violated the requirements in the signed confidentiality statement under § 15.103(c), that person shall be subject to the appropriate disciplinary action in the confidentiality statement.
