Section 11.32 - Necessary staff duties and responsibilities(a) On or after October 12, 1993, a center shall carry out all of the duties and responsibilities of the positions contained in §§ 11.34-11.37.(b) A staff person may simultaneously perform the duties and responsibilities of more than one of the positions in subsection (a). When this is the case, the staff person shall meet licensure requirements for each of the positions held, and at least the minimum education or equivalent experience requirements for each of the positions held.
