Section 11.59 - Running water(a) A center shall have hot and cold running water in all bathrooms and kitchen areas.(b) Hot water temperatures in areas accessible to clients may not exceed 130° F.(c) Centers that are not connected to a public water system shall comply with 25 Pa. Code Chapter 109 (relating to safe drinking water). Written certification of water tests shall be kept with the center's records. This section cited in 6 Pa. Code § 11.212 (relating to applicability).
