Section 11.143 - Medication records(a) A medication log listing medications, dosage, time, date and the name of the person who administered the medication shall be kept for the clients who do not self-administer medication and whose needs require the administration of medication by qualified professionals at the center.(b) The information in subsection (a) shall be logged immediately after each client's dose of medication.(c) A list of prescription medications, the prescribed dosage and the name of the prescriber shall be kept for each client who self-administers medication.
