Section 11.268 - Restrictions of the license(a) A license is not transferable.(b) A license is void if one of the following conditions exist: (1) There is a change in the ownership of the legal entity, name or structure of the center, as set forth in § 11.269 (relating to change in ownership, name or structure).(2) There is a change in the location of the center.(3) There is a change in the profit or nonprofit status of the center.
