Section 11.222 - Corporations and partnerships(a) If the legal entity is a corporation, it shall submit a copy of the articles of incorporation to the Department at the time of initial application for a license.(b) If the legal entity is a partnership, a copy of the agreement setting forth this arrangement shall be submitted to the Department at the time of initial application for a license.
