Section 1401a.3 - Initial and renewal authorization and license fees(a) Prior to the Board issuing a sports wagering certificate, sports wagering operator license or renewal thereof, the sports wagering certificate holder or sports wagering operator shall pay the authorization or license fee.(b) If an interactive gaming operator licensee, licensed in accordance with the provisions of Subpart L (relating to interactive gaming), has already remitted the required licensing fee, the Board will not assess an additional fee for the interactive gaming operator licensee to acquire a sports wagering operator license.
