Section 1208a.1 - Signage requirements(a) A fantasy contest licensee shall conspicuously post notices on the licensee's web site, including on the account registration and access page, a statement providing the following: "If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, help is available. Call (1-800-GAMBLER)."(b) The operator of any fantasy contest terminal shall conspicuously post notice on the front of the fantasy contest terminal and notices on the opening screen and on an account registration or access screen, if applicable, a statement providing the following: "If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, help is available. Call (1-800-GAMBLER)."
