Section 1112a.6 - Revocations and additional conditions The Board may revoke the approval of or impose additional conditions on a video gaming terminal prototype or associated equipment prototype, or modification thereto, if the equipment, device or software meets either of the following criteria:
(1) The equipment, device or software is not in compliance with 4 Pa.C.S. Part III (relating to video gaming), this subpart or technical standards adopted by the Board and published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin and posted on the Board's web site.(2) The video gaming terminal, or modification thereto, is not compatible with, or compliant with the central control computer and protocol specifications approved by the Department or is unable to communicate with the central control computer for the purpose of transmitting auditing program information, real time information retrieval, and activation and disabling of video gaming terminal.
