Section 806a.1 - Interactive gaming supplier license requirements(a) A supplier seeking to sell, lease, offer or otherwise provide, distribute or service interactive gaming devices or associated equipment to an interactive gaming certificate holder or interactive gaming operator in this Commonwealth shall apply to the Board for an interactive gaming supplier license. (b) In accordance with sections 1317 and 1317.1 of the act (relating to supplier licenses; and manufacturer licenses), an applicant for or the holder of an interactive gaming supplier license or any of the applicant's or holder's affiliates, intermediaries, subsidiaries or holding companies may not apply for or hold a slot machine license or an interactive gaming manufacturer license.
