Section 637a.9 - Permissible Poker games; announcement of available games and seats(a) A certificate holder may offer the following types of Poker games: (1) Seven-card Stud (High, Low, High-low Split and High-low Split Eight or Better).(3) Omaha (High, High-low Split Eight or Better).(4) Five-card Draw (High and Low).(5) Five-card Stud (High).(6) Other Poker games approved by the Board.(b) A certificate holder may not offer or permit the playing of any Poker game which is not authorized by this chapter.(c) A certificate holder may announce, in the areas where Poker tables are located, the particular types of available Poker games, the table minimum and maximum bets that are being offered and the availability of any vacant seats at particular Poker tables.
