Section 611a.4 - Submission of training programs to the Board(a) A certificate holder shall submit a detailed description of its curriculum developed in accordance with § 611a.2 (relating to minimum proficiency requirements) and its employee training program developed in accordance with § 611a.3 (relating to employee training by certificate holders) to the Board to demonstrate the adequacy of the training in accordance with section 13A23 of the act (relating to training of employees and potential employees).(b) Curriculum and training programs required under subsection (a) shall be submitted to the Bureau of Gaming Operations in accordance with § 601a.10(a) (relating to approval of table game layouts, signage and equipment).
