Section 609a.9 - Voluntary credit suspension list(a) The Board will maintain a voluntary credit suspension list of all individuals who have requested suspension of credit privileges and will provide a current list of these individuals to the credit department of each certificate holder.(b) The list provided to certificate holders will contain the following information for each individual on the list: (1) The individual's name, including any aliases or nicknames.(2) The individual's address.(3) The individual's date of birth.(c) Information furnished to or obtained by the Board or a certificate holder under this chapter will be deemed confidential and may not be disclosed except in accordance with this chapter. This section cited in 58 Pa. Code § 609a.3 (relating to application and verification procedures for granting credit); and 58 Pa. Code § 609a.19 (relating to use of an electronic credit system for the processing of Counter Checks and customer deposits).
