Section 471a.1 - Fees generally(a) A document for which a fee is required will be received, but will not be deemed filed, until the filing fee, bond, letter of credit or other cost has been paid.(b) The fees collected by the Board will be deposited into the State Gaming Fund as established in section 1403 of the act (relating to establishment of State Gaming Fund and net slot machine revenue distribution).(c) Fees shall be paid by money order or check made payable to the "Commonwealth of Pennsylvania." Cash will not be accepted by the Board.(d) To recover the initial cost of the investigation and processing of applications, each application for a license, permit, certification or registration must be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee.(e) An applicant may be subject to additional fees based on the actual expenses incurred by the Board in conducting the background investigation.The provisions of this § 471a.1 amended February 1, 2013, effective 2/2/2013, 43 Pa.B. 660.The provisions of this § 471a.1 amended under 4 Pa.C.S. §§ 1202(b)(30) and 1207(2) and (9).
