Section 465a.31 - Gaming day(a) For the purposes of determining gross terminal and gross table game revenue, the beginning and ending times of the gaming day will be 6:00 a.m. to 5:59.59 a.m.(b) Prior to commencing slot or table game operations, each slot machine licensee shall submit to the Board, in writing, its hours of operation. A slot machine licensee may not commence gaming operations until its hours of operation are approved by the Board.(c) Any change in a slot machine licensee's hours of operation shall be submitted as a change to the slot machine licensee's internal controls in accordance with the requirements in § 465a.2(f) (relating to internal control systems and audit protocols) but may not be implemented until approved by the Board's Executive Director.The provisions of this § 465a.31 amended October 10, 2008, effective 10/11/2008, 38 Pa.B. 5652; amended February 26, 2010, effective 2/27/2010, 40 Pa.B. 1082; amended May 11, 2012, effective 5/12/2012, 42 Pa.B. 2585.The provisions of this § 465a.31 amended under 4 Pa.C.S. §§ 1202(b)(30), 1207, 1321, 1322, 13A 02(1)-(6) and 13A25.
