Section 443a.12 - Discontinuation of trusteeship(a) The Board may direct the discontinuation of a trusteeship when: (1) The Board determines that the cause for which the trusteeship action was instituted no longer exists.(2) The trustee has, with the prior approval of the Board, consummated the sale, assignment, conveyance or other disposition in bulk of all the property of the former principal or slot machine licensee relating to the slot machine license.(b) Upon the discontinuation of the trusteeship and with the approval of the Board, the trustee shall take steps as may be necessary to affect an orderly transfer of the property of the former or suspended principal or slot machine licensee.
