Section 441a.6 - Public input(a) Prior to granting a slot machine license, the Board will conduct at least one public input hearing.(b) Public input hearings relating to an application for a slot machine license shall be held in the municipality where the licensed facility will be located. The public input hearings will be organized in cooperation with the municipality.(c) The Board will develop and post the procedures that will be used to conduct public input hearings on the Board's web site.(d) The Board will make public a list of all witnesses scheduled to testify at a public input hearing at least 7 days prior to the hearing. The list of witnesses will be updated at least 3 days prior to the hearing.
