Section 441a.16 - Slot machine license term and renewal(a) The slot machine license will be valid for 3 years from the date on which the initial license is issued or the renewal is approved by the Board.(b) A Category 1, Category 2 or Category 3 Slot Machine Renewal Application Form shall be submitted to the Board at least 60 days prior to the expiration of a slot machine license.(c) A slot machine license for which a completed renewal application has been received by the Board will continue in effect until the Board sends written notification to the holder of the slot machine license that the Board has approved or denied the slot machine license renewal application.The provisions of this § 441a.16 amended July 25, 2008, effective 7/26/2008; amended October 22, 2010, effective 10/23/2010, 40 Pa.B. 6083; amended July 19, 2013, effective 7/20/2013, 43 Pa.B. 4096.The provisions of this § 441a.16 amended under 4 Pa.C.S. §§ 1103, 1202(b)(30), 1209(b), 1317(c), 1317.1(c), 1317.2, 1321 and 1326.
