Section 438a.2 - Labor organization notification(a) Each labor organization shall file a completed Labor Organization Notification Form with the Bureau of Licensing.(b) Labor organizations shall file an updated version of the Labor Organization Notification Form with the Bureau of Licensing within 30 days of a change in the information contained on the form.
