Section 437a.6 - Registration and certification term and renewal(a) Gaming service provider certifications, registrations and renewals issued under this chapter will be valid for 4 years from the date of Board approval.(b) Publicly traded gaming service provider authorizations approved under § 437a.1(g) (relating to general gaming service provider requirements) will be valid for 4 years from the date of authorization.(c) Registered, certified and authorized publicly traded gaming service providers shall submit to the Board a completed renewal application or form and renewal fee at least 60 days prior to the expiration of a certification, registration or authorization.(d) A certification or registration for which a completed renewal application and fee has been received by the Bureau of Licensing will continue to be in effect until the Board sends written notification to the holder of the certification or registration that the Board has approved or denied the certification or registration.(e) A publicly traded gaming service provider authorization for which a completed renewal form and fee has been received by the Bureau of Licensing will continue in effect unless the Bureau of Licensing sends written notification to the publicly traded gaming service provider that the authorization has been rescinded.The provisions of this § 437a.6 amended February 19, 2010, effective 2/20/2010, 40 Pa.B. 975; amended October 22, 2010, effective 10/23/2010, 40 Pa.B. 6083; amended June 12, 2015, effective 6/13/2015, 45 Pa.B. 2829.The provisions of this § 437a.6 amended under 4 Pa.C.S. §§ 1103, 1202(b)(9)-(23) and (30), 1205, 1206(f) and (g), 1207(1) and (2), 1208(1)(iii), 1209(b), 1212, 1213, 1317(c), 1317.1(c), 1317.2, 1321, 1326, 13A11, 13A12-13A14, 13A15 and 1802 and Chapter 13.
