Section 433a.9 - Principal license term and renewal(a) A principal license or renewal will be valid for 3 years from the date on which the license or renewal is approved by the Board.(b) Notwithstanding subsection (a), a principal of a manufacturer or supplier which is eligible for its initial license shall be subject to an initial annual renewal for each slot machine or table game license held by the manufacturer or supplier. Principal renewals thereafter will be valid for 3 years from the date of the approval of the renewal of the license by the Board.(c) A renewal application and renewal fee shall be filed at least 2 months prior to the expiration of the current license.(d) A principal license for which a completed renewal application and fee has been received by the Board will continue in effect until the Board sends written notification to the holder of the principal license that the Board has approved or denied the license.The provisions of this § 433a.9 amended November 19, 2010, effective 11/20/2010, 40 Pa.B. 6676; amended September 14, 2012, effective 9/15/2012, 42 Pa.B. 5857.The provisions of this § 433a.9 amended under 4 Pa.C.S. §§ 1202(b)(9), (23) and (30), 1308, 1311, 1311.1, 1311.2, 1317.2, 1321, 1326, 1406 and 1518(a)(13).
