Section 183.161 - Filing conditions; bonds; nomination list; financial statement; forms; estimated purse(a) The Rules of the United States Trotting Association shall govern, with the exception of Stakes and Futurities, established by statutes of the Commonwealth.(b) Rules and regulations of Stakes and Futurities which are not under the jurisdiction of the United States Trotting Association shall be promulgated by the Commission.(c) All licensed associations that conduct Stakes and Futurities shall submit all conditions and requirements for approval by the Commission.
