Section 183.460 - Continuances(a) Applications for continuance made prior to the hearing shall be in writing, shall set forth the reasons therefore, and shall be filed with the Commission in Harrisburg 4 days prior to the time fixed for hearing. Notice of such application shall be given to all parties or their attorneys. At the time of the hearing, applications for continuance may be made orally.(b) When application is made for a continuance because of the illness of an applicant, licensee, witness or counsel, such application shall be accompanied by a medical certificate attesting to such illness and inability to appear.
