Section 183.221 - Postponement(a) United States Trotting Association Rule 15, section 1, is incorporated herein and made a part hereof and shall govern matters related hereto, except that any matter necessitating action by an official of the United States Trotting Association shall be referred to the Commission.(b) Each association shall report any postponement to the Commission in an expeditious manner. This section cited in 58 Pa. Code § 183.181 (relating to number of starters to be specified in overnight events; when race must be contested; declaration moneys).
