All licensees are required to submit to the Commission the following:
(1) Copies of weekly payrolls of all personnel employed at the track during the race meet, including the state license number, if any, address and title of each employe.(2) Copies of all written contracts and agreements and a summary of all verbal contracts and agreements.(3) List of stockholders annually, or as the Commission may require.(4) List of officers and directors and compensation paid to each or as the Commission may require. The Commission shall be notified forthwith of any change in the officers, stockholders, and directors of a licensee.
