Section 163.366 - Fines and suspension(a) The starter may fine or suspend a jockey for disobedience of orders for attempting an unfair advantage, but the fine may not exceed $250. The suspension shall take effect in the same manner as provided in § 163.182 (relating to suspension).(b) The starter shall report in writing to the stewards and to the racing secretary, fines and suspensions which he has imposed and no fines or suspensions, so reported, may be modified other than by the authority of the stewards.
