Section 163.431 - Powers and duties of patrol judges(a) An association shall appoint, subject to the approval of the Commission, at least three patrol judges, whose stations are designated by the stewards. The association shall provide some form of direct communication between each station of the patrol judges and the stewards.(b) They shall be subject to the orders of the stewards, and they shall report to them their pertinent observations in the races and shall file reports on the same in writing if so requested by the stewards.
